Ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of information that has been entrusted to Logi Trans is very
important for us. As part of this fundamental obligation, Logi Trans will do their utmost to protect
and use your personal data properly.
We process personal data in accordance with the legislation in force at any time, (national Personal
Data Act and GDPR). Personal data in this context is any information and assessments that can be
linked to you as a person.
This privacy statement explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data.
This Privacy notice applies to all companies in the Group. It describes what personal information we
receive and collects when you are in contact with us. The privacy notice also describes what we do to
protect the personal information.
There is a corresponding privacy statement for employees in the company.

The individual company in Logi Trans is responsible for processing of personal data as set out in this
Privacy Notice. Inquiries regarding privacy should be addressed to the general manager of the
respective company.

Collection of personal data
Logi Trans collects personally identifiable information if you choose to make it available to us. For
instance, by administering e-mail addresses or by registering the interest for certain services that
Logi Trans can offer. Basically, we collect only personal data that you voluntarily provide as online
visitor or during other contact with Logi Trans. We need this information to provide you with
information and/or services. Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than
those for which you provided this information to us.
Use of personal data
We use personal data to provide you with the services you require, in addition to being able to
manage customers, complete the delivery, billing and safeguard HSE. This can for example be to:

Use of cookies
Cookies are used on our website to make the web pages more user-friendly. We do not use cookies
to collect sensitive personal information. You can make changes to your browser at any time and
block cookies. By blocking all cookies, you may lose access to parts of our website.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Logi Trans stores the personal data no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes, for which the
personal data was collected. That means we can keep your personal information for a reasonable

This applies for example if our freight supplier needs to contact a person at the receiver’s address.
Logi Trans uses IT suppliers to handle the technical and administrative operation of our services.
When we provide personal information to these IT suppliers, we establish a data processing
agreement with them and we ensure that they comply with our requirements for the processing and
use of personal data and the laws in force at any time.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right at all times to access the information that Logi Trans has registered about you.
You may also require the correction and deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable law.
You also have the right to at any time withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data.

Inquiries regarding privacy should be addressed to the general manager of the Logi Trans company
you deal with. Logi Trans will as soon as possible, latest within 4 weeks, respond to your request. You
also have the right complain to your national Data Protection Authority.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Logi Trans has made appropriate arrangements to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access,
unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of personal data. If you experience that your
data is not properly secured, or you discover violations of privacy or other unfortunate
circumstances, please contact Logi Trans. We will then put in place measures to limit damage and
reduce the risk of recurrence.
